Cervical Epidural Steroid Injection

steroid solutions and very dilute local anesthetics are injected in the epidural space in the cervical or the neck area of the spine. More Info.

Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injection

steroid solutions mixed with very dilute local anesthetics are injected into the epidural space in the lumbar area of the spine. More Info.

Caudal Epidural Steroid Injection

steroid solutions mixed with saline and/or local anesthetics are injected into the epidural space in the caudal or the lowest area of the spine.      More Info.

Nerve Root Injection

steroid solutions are being injected in the vicinity or near the spinal nerve root. More Info.

Myelogram

contrast material or x-ray dye is injected into the cerebral spinal fluid which is the fluid surrounding the spinal cord and nerve roots following which x-rays are made to determine the anatomy of the structures.  Once contrast material or x-ray dye is injected the anatomy or shapes of the structures can easily be seen. Epidurograms

contrast material/x-ray dye is injected into the epidural space under x-ray control and x-ray films are made.  This is to determine anatomy and abnormality of the spinal structures i.e. scarring of spinal nerve roots. More Info.

Discography

contrast is injected into the discs of the spin and their structure or any abnormality present is detected under x-ray control.  Also painful discs are detected most accurately with this technique. More Info.

Sacroiliac Joint Injections

local anesthetic and steroid solutions are injected into the sacroiliac joint itself and joint space as well as near the nerves intervening the capsule of the joint. More Info.

Nerve Blocks

- are injections of local anesthetic and possibly steroids into the vicinity of a nerve intervening a muscle or a structure in the treatment of pain syndromes produced by a pathologic or abnormal nerve. More Info.

- Intradiscal Electro-Thermal Therapy is a new technique for treating painful, fractured, or minimally herniated but not extruded lumbar spinal discs. More Info.

Laser Discectomy

- this is a technique where laser is used to vaporize the nucleus pulposus or the soft central part of a spinal disc which herniates out of the annulus fibrous or the tuff fibrous part of the disc. More Info.

Inrathecal Infusion Pumps

use other pump which can be programmable to infuse narcotics and pain relieving medications directly into the fluid surrounding the spinal cord or the epidural space. More Info.

Botulinum Toxin (BO TOX ) injections
 
        - injection of affected and abnormally spastic 
        muscles with Botulinum Toxin for relief of

         - injection of new type B Botulinum Toxin
