New &
innovative procedures/techniques done only by our specialists We ask that you make an appointment when you need to see the doctor. We try to schedule our appointment times so that each person can be seen as near to the appointment time as possible. In order to aid us in this mater, please allow 24 hours notice if you need cancel your appointment. Canceling without appropriate notice would cause other patients to be denied an appointment when they might have otherwise been seen. We ask your cooperation and consideration in this matter. If you have an emergent problem, we will try to see you that day. If you have seen another physician for your problem, please bring any available medical records, x-rays or any other pertinent test results. Also, you will need to know the names of all medications you are currently taking. This will greatly aid in the accurate evaluation of your condition and will eliminate further unnecessary testing. 8:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The evaluation process generally starts with a patient history that includes when and where the pain commenced, what makes it feel better, and what worsens it. A medication history is also taken as well as family
history of conditions. Once an exam is done the cause of the condition can be determined; a diagnosis is made and is followed by a formulated treatment plan. Follow-up visits may be necessary to assess patient
improvement. Any necessary procedures as nerve blocks, nerve root
and facet joint injections can be explained in detail by our doctor to make you
feel comfortable about the outcome. Be sure that all your questions are answered prior to
the treatment plan, because your understanding can have a positive, strong
effect on the treatment outcome. |
