These include pain physicians, anesthesiologists, psychiatrists, surgeons, chiropractors, nursing specialists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and others. Many of these specialists require inputs into the care of a patient with complex painful conditions and disorders, which generally is a continuum of symptoms and pathology.
